This policy explains what information CodeM Academy (“CodeM”, “we”) collects through codemacademy.com, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it.

What we collect

When you use the CodeM Career Assistant (chat) or the contact form, we collect only what you choose to share:

• Your name and mobile number (required, so we can respond to you)
• Optionally: your email address, the subject you are interested in, whether you are a student or professional, whether you would like a mentor to contact you, and any message you write

We also use a session cookie that is necessary for the website to work securely (for example, to protect forms against misuse). We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry and help you choose a course
• To keep a record of our conversation with you so we can follow up properly

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage your enrolment, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you have shared at any time by emailing codemacademy@outlook.com.

Security

Enquiries are stored in a private database accessible only to authorised CodeM staff through a password-protected admin area. The website is served over HTTPS.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
